Activities

The Society's programs include:

* Regular meetings with programs featuring Scandinavian culture and society

* Sponsoring and organizing events presenting speakers and Scandinavian performers

* Bi-annually providing a scholarship for summer study in Scandinavia

* Norwegian Constitution Day Celebration in May

* Midsummer Picnic in June

* Crayfish Family Picnic in September

* Nordic Night! An October banquet with Scandinavian food and entertainment

* Scandinavian Christmas Party

Meetings

If you or any of your friends are interested in participating and supporting our activities, we invite you to attend our meetings to learn more about the Society and meet its members. Meetings are usually held in the 3rd weekend of the month. You may call 412-661-7942 for more information about time, place and program.
